Hi,

I do have a custom theme named Yellow .

I've manually changed colors by replacing default thread.png with mine.

Now forum's color is changed but there is a problem that's whenever I refresh /clear cache then load/start forum on a new pc then old yellow color is flashing. After a flashing yellow it goes back to normal(the color I changed in to.)

When you changed the colours you have replaced the images but left the colour codes the same. This means that while your images are still loading, whatever colour that is behind them will be visible. To fix this, locate where you changed the images and you will also see a colour code on the same line. Change this colour code to a colour similar to your images colour, this should solve it.
