For some reason, I get an error message when trying to create new threads on my forum http://avalon.east-of-paradise.com

I installed the xthreads mod, but I can't find any documentation of this mod causing an error like this, so I'm a little bit at a loss.

Here is the error:

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache Server at avalon.east-of-paradise.com Port 80

Check the server error logs. They should provide more information.

Alright so I went into the CPanel and looked at the error logs, and the only ones that refer to this subdomain are the following error, which was in the log twice:
