Where does one go to change the location of a plugin. For example I installed the Overview mod, great mod!, but would like it towards the bottom of the page right above the Board Statics area instead of at the top of the page.

Is that possible?

Sure it is, in Admin CP -> Templates -> Modify / Delete -> *your template* -> Index Page Templates -> index
Find:

{$overview}

Move it to above:

<table border="0" cellspacing="{$theme['borderwidth']}" cellpadding="{$theme['tablespace']}" class="tborder">
