hi in my forum all uploaded attachments are showing 404 not found when want to download

You probably have an error in the URL of you forums. Go to AdmincP > General and make sure it's correct.
Had a similar problem when trying to upload avatars. Make sure there's no slash at the beginning of the uploads folder, as that for some reason tricks MyBB into thinking it's relative to the server root rather than the site root.
all are fine i checked but 404 not find
Probably a CHMOD issue. It really sounds like the settings are incorrect, screenshot to verify would be nice to be on the safe side.
How to chmod
And in public_html folder there are two folder Upload & Uploads
Upload is empty. and in Uploads folder there are some folders 201301 etc.
You can chmod a file/folder using file manager on cpanel or a ftp client like filezilla.
Uploads is where you upload attachments. I guess upload is the folder from the actual mybb zip and can be safely removed
