How Can I change format of thumbnail new and old posts from .gif to .png, and How Can I turn off recurrence of background (you can see it on my forum on topic, I mean this => http://screenshooter.net/7427328/vscttqt). I want to have background locked on the top of website, or to going down and up together with the scrolling page.
