Hello,
I was wondering if I could change the /forum-22.html that mybb gives to new fourms to some thing like /dogdog. So I would like to have m url that looks like this http://DomainName.com/forum-22.html to http://DomainName.com/dogdog.

I assume that dogdog is a forum name. Then you are looking for Google SEO. The links will be /Thread-{THREAD_NAME}, /Forum-{FORUM_NAME}, /User-{USER_NAME}, /Announcement-{ANNOUNCEMENT_NAME}.
