I put 2 <br>'s in to move it down to fix my first issue. Now I just need to make the bg image larger.

Remove the br tags and use CSS instead. It is better for your Markup. The background image just set a size of 100%

I removed the breaks, what CSS do I edit now?

You haven't added that CSS I told you to add.

The background you have put on the #container. Put it on #header
