The file class_warnings.php appears to be missing from the feature branch. It's included on line 2030 of modcp.php.

Warnings are WIP. Don't worry...

I'm putting functions_warnings.php back in modcp.php. class_warnings.php is no longer existent, we'll be using datahandler/warnings.php instead.
