i dont know y i keep getting these two fatel error.......

1. when i log out from the control panel.......


2. second when i log out.......


So why do i get these errors for and how can i resolve it.......

If you have server access remove either Zend Optimizer or APC. If not, contact your hosting provider.

And no i do not have access to the server........

I have also contacted my hosting server but they were also unable to investigate the cause of the error......
