MyBB Community Forums - Top Forum and Subforum Links not clickable

I need help with my website, http://www.higeography.com/forums

The top links (Truth Beckon) does not allow me to select to click.
If you can get to the sub-directories, the sub forum (war and peace) will do the same thing? Any ideas?

Can somebody send me the original header format that came with the mybb plugin? I might have deleted a line, that could be why.

This problem could also be interfering with the top banner (adsense) that I am trying to post, but isn't showing.

This is the code that I have set up so that my vertical ad banners are on the left side. First script is on the HEADER (VERY BOTTOM)

Also, permission to post thread for registered user has been disabled on the main forum and enabled for registered users to post threads on subforums

Okay, I think i know what is wrong. Something is pushing the entire page to the right and either up or down. I noticed, when I add longer titles, both main forum and subforum at the top of the page, it works. Any theories on how this can be resolved?
