Can you say what webhost you are using.

Login to see Cpanel, find and click on phpmyadmin


then Click on your database (in this pic mine is libertym_libertym)


then click on SQL tab


then paste query and click on go button.

Got it. Ran the repair and its all working now. Thanks a bunch. I use webhostingpad.com as my web server. To everyone that assisted a great big thanks and wished I could do more that words to say how much I appreciate your knowledge and assistance here.

Yes that was extremely helpful. I had been trying to log in just to the admin of the forum not the web server. Sure glad for all of the assistance.
