How do I change the name of the site in the logo bar?

Here is my site link: http://ecbiz132.inmotionhosting.com/~politi34/index.php

I would like to just add the name of my site in the logo bar where it says Novus Black.

It is a logo image, create a logo and upload it instead of the image in your images folder.

I can't even find the location of the image on the css. Can you tell me where to find it?

Upload your logo, copy the correct image path, go to:
ACP > Templates & Styles > Theme > {Your} Theme and find the place to put the logo path. Paste the path and save.

This is the place where you have to place your logo image path:
