I get this message when trying to get into the MODCP using a moderator account but when I use a admin account it works.

Any ideas?

What plugins do you have activated?

Prehaps I could PM you screenshots as I don't want to post them publicly.

Just post the ones that might affect the modcp, one that adds pages to it. What was the last plugin you installed?

Last one I installed was MyBB Go Mobile, but the modcp could of been not working for ages, I've only been notified of it today.

Deactivating ProStats fixes the error, but how to fix it so I can use ProStats and still access the modcp?

I fixed it now - removed and reinstalled prostats and it sorted it.
