Hello..

Well i have searched for this plugin for a long time an still have not got
the result i have been looking for..

I have searched mybb an bbcentral for a plugin that upgrades members once
payment is accepted an automatically adds them to a user group and allocates a Membership date for subscription terms of my membership policy..

I have herd that a guy called Omni has this plugin but i don't know him an i don't really think he would just give it out for free..

I have looked at dozens off plugins an they have either been removed or
bugged..

Please don't tell me too go create a user group an make fresh material to do it myself because that is not what i made this thread for..

I ask for it because it has configuration setting an redirects you to paypal to purchase your subscription an if can get it then i wouldn't have to try do it myself what i seriously can not be bothered doing..

So if anyone who has a forum an has it then please drop me a pm because i really could do with this plugin..

BTW i have seen a few people seeking this plugin why is it not released in mods by a member of staff here at my bb ?

Nope this php script is bugged , gives fatal error , btw i was not looking for this , I was looking for a membership plugin what sends upgraded users to
a user group once they donated..

The plugin i seek has this all in one..

The plugin uses Paypal's IPN functions to recognize when users pay and upgrade them to the appropriate group.
Using Mybb's tasks, users will be reverted back to their main group after the expiration time has passed.

So basically it lets users pay, puts them in your upgraded group, then when their time is up puts them in a regular group again.

That's exactly what you were looking for....

I hope it's not bugged.... it's the only one I could find that uses IPN...

Speaking of... you did make sure you went to paypal and turned on IPN with the right url? Not doing that could cause it to throw an error I believe.

It is a paid plugin but you get 4 plugins for the price.

If you look at the link I provided above you'll see that your plugin has the same name and the same features as the one I posted... I almost want to think they are the same plugin except the screenshots look different (but the features, options, and settings are all the same) - the biggest difference that I can see is that the one posted here is free and a year newer which means more likely to work with newest version of MyBB

I posted an alternative which is actively supported. I would say that is a major difference. You don't HAVE to buy it or use it.

I couldn't tell it was actively supported... the last time the post (and I assume version, since I think adding an attachment would show as an edit) were updated was in 2011, and from what I read MyBB has changed a lot since then...

My mistake....
