i want to make mysite/forum my index page

and i have another question about themes when i use new theme my all plugin of old themes has reset i want to change theme with same setting as old ... please help me

I didnt get your first query, but still..... Create a folder named forum inside public_html and move the forum files inside that folder. Change the forum url from ACP.

For the 2nd one, after installing new theme, deactivate and reactivate plugins. Or find the codes added by each plugins to the old theme templates and add them in the new theme

i think it's quite difficult for the plugin

First one is as simple as installing your forum in your web root directory (often public_html or htdocs).
