Hello,

My website vpvisuals.com is not displaying any of the layout or theme but is showing all of the content. What would the issue be?

Also, I cant login. When I click the button it goes to a page that says safari cant open the page http://127.0.0.1/member.php?action=login is that saying somewhere it is tilling it to go there? if so how do i fix it?

Sounds like General Config error.

Go to ACP > Configuration > Settings > Board Settings > General Configuration
And check back the settings.

Specially:
Board URL for page missing error.
Cookie Path for login error.
