My forum font and everythings are thick.

This is probably due to you enabling big fonts on your pc... Unless you've been playing around with inside the theme coding.. Can you please be a bit more detailed in your issue when it happened and how it happened.. Where you inside the control panel playing around with the theme?

Check the "font-weight" properties in your global.css

It happen automatically when i deleted a post

Is not possible. There is no relation between font weight and deletion of a post.
What is your board url?

He could have hit some keys on his keyboard windows os can do this if you hit a few certain keys..

In your global.css, first declaration:

body {
font-weight:700;

Delete "font-weight:700;" or make it "font-weight:300;"

Yea its working. You have rectified it and again placed "font-weight:700;" back. I'm monitoring.
Its still there.
