I have two questions about the forum team page. How do I make Admins appear first and the other forum team groups afterwards?

Second question is why do default user titles appear instead of the user titles that the user has set? For ex. - http://i.imgur.com/rXBtMOv.png?1

Set the order in the ACP. Regarding the titles - that looks like a customised showteam - it has avatars.

Here is the default - no titles at all.
