Even if a little thing like that happens users gets forum restored to most recent (3/4 days max) and all technical supports for free.

Firstly such a thing has never happened to my forum and yeah i never purchased a paid host because here i have a free host which provides perfect support and till yet i think the server is better than any other free host.
Let's not go too off-topic and yeah now i see the site working normal.

It works for me as well.
I think it was a glitch, I doubt it was a hack.
All the other forums I know on CreateMyBB3 works fine and worked fine when this thread was started.
