I am using Filezilla, cpanel x and mybb.

Can someone please tell me how i can make a simple log in box.

Is this a standalone page (eg a custom one), or part of an existing MyBB page?

I dont understand?

Its a live forum online right now. Mybb theme is Justin S Afresh Black.
