Hi,

Recently well last night i did some damagae to my forum but i have a back up from half an hour before i did any damage. But i don't know how to restore the backup.

I have Phpmyadmin for mysql but that is hosted by streamline people tell me to click on sql tab and upload i do that and all it does is come up to a blankpage and nothing happens.

I really need help ASAP!

Do you get any error message or just that blank page? You could ask the support to restore the backup for you.

In PHPMyAdmin, try using the Import page instead of the SQL page.

How big is your .sql backup file? If it is very big (ie. MBs) I suggest you split it up into separate files and run each separately
