Hi guys, i hope you can help me

i have problems with the editor..
if i create/answer a thread or edit anything then it show me this editor:
(Yes German)

Settings:

i have no other editor installed
list of my plugins:

Everything marked with a red box is deactivated, and everything marked with a blue box is activated.

i know theres a "better" editor like the one here but i cant find/use it.
pls help me.

i dont know rly but i want this editor with those buttons cause many dont know them all..

How to enable that?
i deactivate/activate that editor: nothing happen..
i activate/deactivate that Smilies box: then i can see those smilies on the left side, but if i press one nothing happen..
