Well the forum was working for me a few minutes ago.

Woohoo it stopped working without doing anything, and now it works again without doing anything... any explanation for this?

If it's a shared host, no wonder as the server could of been down.

destroyer, that sounds like a good question to ask your host. They would know much more than we would know.
