Hey folks,

I've been trying to update the footer template on the BlazeBB 2 theme on my forum. However, none of the changes have been reflected. The changes are saving because when I go to re-edit the template, they are still there. I've also checked the page source of the theme on my forum and the change hasn't been applied to it. I have tried clearing my cache and checked both Firefox and Chrome but nothing has worked. I'm not sure what else to do.

I can also confirm the code is correct because I am using it on all other themes and works fine (and used WinMerge to confirm that there were no spelling mistakes).

I don't really want to create a new theme to replace it as it has been customised a fair bit.

Any ideas?

Are you using CloudFlare?
Then put it in Developer mode.

I can confirm this (I'm one of her maintenance members). We are not using any type of CDN or anything.

Looks like your website has caching enabled.

That is most likely the reason your changes are being delayed. Review your .htaccess, you could have the mod_deflate module there.

Thanks for your input and sorry for the late response. I'm not quite sure what you mean by .htaccess and mod_deflate.
