Hi i need when everyone click on attachment it starts download but i want to add a download page there in every previous and new attachments

Want to add a download page in every attachments by member and admin also

If I'm understanding correctly, you want members to be taken to another page before downloading an attachment when said attachment is clicked on? If is, this is not core functionality and will need a plugin/core edit and as such, I'm going to move this thread to the appropriate plugin requests section.

Plugins are not that simple to make and can take time. In all honesty, if you need a plugin really bad, learn php/mysql or hire someone on to do it. In a sense, and with all due respect, there needs to be a following behind a plugin before a developer would even consider programming it.
