Need someone to make a nice clean looking theme. This is going to be for a Runescape forum. Looking for something similar to Blue Vixen and DesiHacker.net. Maybe the colors be black/blue or grey/blue. Something that don't hurt the eyes but not white.

My budget for this is going to be 50$. I am not exactly sure what kind of theme I am after so to get the 50 you need to make something that really pops out.

I wouldn't suggest him, a couple of his themes are rips (For example one is just a green version of Blue Steel, even if he does say inspired by, it's not inspired).
