i have forum hydepark and i wond in it forum no posting, how do it?

Do you mean a forum category that does not count the posts in that category towards the total post counts of a user?
If so.
Go to Admin CP -> Manage Forums -> *your forum category* -> Edit
Find "Make posts in this forum count towards user post counts" and set it to "no".
Then click Update forum
