I need a custom theme for my new forum and a co admin and maybe some staff too

1. What kind of theme?
2. Will the people you're hiring be paid or not?
3. What's your site about?

My site will be about coding gaming and a bit hacking maybe more.
The theme i need is to be related to these topics.
The co-admin will share the income with me but most of the staff will be volunteers but they will be granted access to VIP content and more.
The admin would need to chip in on future hosting and he would be co-in charge of keeping the site up and for coding and etc
He won't be incharge alone i will help too but he has to be capable of doing such things (it could be a her )

Is the theme paid?
If yes, how much is your budget?

I currently do not have a budget but if i earn from my forum i will give the creator some bucks

Nobody is going to make you a free theme in hope that they'll get paid in the future.

Oh are there any made designs for one of these subjects?
I need help with setting up the forum and I still need a co-admin anyone up for this?

You can go through every theme that's free. You essentially just need to modify it to fit your niche.

The banners, the icons, etc.
