I have a user that is not able to log into her account. She lost her password and tried to reset it, and this is what began this.
I changed her password for her in the AdminCP and had her clear her cookies. When I tried to log into her account using both IE and Chrome, it did not work for me either.
I have read the Log In Problems threads and have been unable to find an answer there.

It just reloads the log in page when you try to log in, and when you try to log in from anywhere else it takes you to the log in page.
I do have Jfusion in use, but as the forum set as the master and she can log into the Joomla portion of the website with the reset password but not the forum.
