Google released a new button to sign in with your Google Account. For MyBB there is a Facebook Connect Plugin already. A Google+ Sign-In would be useful to attract users who are too lazy to create a complete new account. Many users have Google Accounts already due to Gmail and Youtube.

Its hard to understand for people who are not very experienced. Even I am having problems.

Its not that easy. You have to integrate the Google account into the database. Copying the member.php code seems easy but its hard to align it with the google account.
I work with databases, that's why I reckon it looks easy from that point of view.
You can always go and try it then.

I use them on some of my clients sites and there is a beta site where you can check out the features.
MybbAddons does not have the plugin installed as it is not designed as discussion forum with a lot of members - just for MyBB admins
