Okay so you know some people have something different on there index page but is still within the forum theme.

forum but it doesn't start with sections itself like here

How can i do it like this for my forum?, instead of it showing the sections right away it shows a index page with the navigations and everything but like a custom page for like News or a Main Home like a welcome or something but that i can also change it or customize it within the admin page?, Thanks.
