My shoutbox shows this error message when you click on "Portable Device Version" or "Popup Shoutbox"

Not Found

The requested URL /pspshoutbox.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Please help!

Did you upload the pspshoutbox.php file to your server?

Obviously he didn't. The error speaks for itself. Upload "pspshoutbox.php" to your forum root and set permissions to 755.

Thinking that would explain the error a lot more.
