Global.css gets removed on every installation I've tried testing with. Nothing reproduces this, it just, happened. One day it worked, I woke up and the next day I didn't see it anywhere. It also removed all the CSS links in the header, for some reason too. Cannot add it back either, it says it was successful but if you open the stylesheets in another tab it's still gone.
Hmm... Weird.
I can see global.css under Home » Themes » Default from an installation over a week ago. Theme also works fine on the front end as far as I can see.
I don't think there is anything that would cause global.css to be removed.
A developer should reply shortly anyways.

So you don't do anything at all and it disappears the next day? On a fresh installation without any changes?
Exactly, Pirata. And this is a new box, has nothing on it but official applications needed for the webserver.
I believe this has been fixed, I can't reproduce this.
