How do i set the minimum amount of characters on a thread and post to 10?
It should be in the Configuration tab, probably under the one labeled like Users and Posts or something of the likes. Look through the configuration tab and see if anything catches your eye. You can also search it in the Admin CP.
Configuration -> Settings -> Posting -> Minimum Message Length
They told you how to do it and now I will be the one to say it's a bad idea.
