I want to remove this from my forum could someone please help me out?

Remove the div with <debugstuff> from footer template.
This debug stuff is only shown to admin (and possibly moderators). Regular members and spiders won't see it.
pandaa's link didn't work for me, but he's right. It's a setting, you don't have to remove that code from the footer, because you may need to use this option one day and then you will have to add it again, when you can just turn it on and off. Here is the path to do it:
Admin CP -> Configuration -> Settings -> Server and Optimization Options -> Advanced Stats / Debug information -> No.
