Hi, I wanted to know how to put ads on my site. Is there a plugin for it or what? Also, if there is a way or plugin for it, please explain instructions on it. Thank you so much if someone replies to this. God Bless You!

If you wanted to insert ads without using a plugin you could insert the ad code provided by Google in the header / footer templates (or where ever you wanted to have the ads shown) (ACP -> Templates)
Otherwise an ad manager would do fine which you have some nice choices in the above post.
