You see how Yahoo aligns the border perfectly with the .thead?

I would like to make it so that the border matches up perfectly and remove the border over and next to the thead.

Basically because my border is so light colored and because my thead is so dark it gives the border the appearance that it is sticking out from the thead and tcat and not aligned properly. So I need to figure out a way to remove the overarching border around posts for example and the thead. Make any sense?
