Hi, I want to know how to restrict members from accessing a certain forum without an amount of posts. For example, they cannot access the marketplace unless they have 50 or more posts.

use the group promotions system.
create a new group
give that group permissions you want to the forum you want and remove registered group from view, etc.
create a new group promotion, setting the type as posts, value of 50 and make it an additional group
then when the person gets the required posts, the next time the promotions task is run the user will be moved to that new group and then suddenly see or get access to the forums the group has permissions to.
