Hello Friends,
Does anyone know how I can change the background and text-color of this pm bar?

Templates & Styles > Theme > global.css > Advanced Mode > And find "pm_alert" (edit it how ever you want).

to change the colours you would have to edit .pm_alert { } in global.css
