It was said that 1.8 would have a trashcan feature where is the settings for it, am i missing something or is this not been implemented as of yet.

It's not been implemented yet.

that would explain it then, hehe, is it likely to be in the alpha or beta release.

It's more of a "soft delete" than a trash can. Posts and threads can be just as easily restored as they are deleted.

Will then get deleted to a forum or will thry be restored through the acp,modcp sort of like ipb.
