I just converted my board from ipb-->phpbb--->mybb and I am having some problems. I am fine, however its my members and moderators that are having the troubles.

1) they can access the PMS and read Pms however when it comes to sending them they get the following error *see screen cap*

2) It seems like when they start new threads, it actually merges with old threads.

I'm not sure how to go about fixing this, please help

Unique? None that I'm aware of.

Can you run this SQL code in phpMyAdmin?

ALTER TABLE `mybb_threads`  AUTO_INCREMENT =10000

(Remember to replace any instance of mybb_ with your forum's database table prefix, if different)

I have never used phpMyAdmin, nor do I believe I have it set up anywhere. Is there a way to do it w/o phpMyAdmin? If so how can I do it? again thanks for your help

ok I have cpanel and Im following the instructions you have listed on the other thread. I will let you know
