What do you mean with the first one? As I can see, those details are already under the avatar. Do you want to place them above the userbar?

About the second one:

Admin CP -> Configuration -> Settings -> Server and Optimization Options -> Friendly Redirection Pages -> Off

Admin CP -> Templates & Style -> Templates -> *your theme's templates* -> Post Bit Templates -> postbit_classic

Find {$post['user_details']}
Place it above the {$post['groupimage']} and/or {$post['userstars']}

If you can't do it, post here all the code of this template.
