I am planning to buy a new server for my forum. Will buy a windows based server.

I would like to learn what is the latest version of PHP and MYsql that is supported by Mybb.

as far as i know it does not support latest mysql and it does not work properly on it.

It should work with any MySQL 4.0 or above. I've heard no reports that the latest MySQL doesn't work with MyBB.

Currently PHP 5.3 is the latest supported PHP version but when 1.6.10 comes out in the next few weeks it will be bumped up to PHP 5.4.

so far 1.6.10 i can get latest php right ?
