user cp can't use 'cause i'm edit link of copyright and power by

and Now..... I edit the footer already (link at footer)
i mean... I restored of copyright & power by (original state)
but... The User cp... still can't use

please tell me How to set?  i still can not use the User cp now

You've either modified usercp.php or it is corrupt.

The only advise we can give you to is remove any code modifications you may have applied to the source or re-upload a new fresh copy of usercp.php from the MyBB release on the website.

It's so hard when people does not understand proper English.
I'm not sure where you are from but maybe you should post it in the international section.

You need to upload a clean usercp.php file from the standard MyBB package onto your server as you most likely have changed something you shouldn't.
