how to add poster avatar home page?

Add to your template something like this:

<img src="{$mybb->user['avatar']}" alt=""/>

To display avatars of Lastposter, just Google "Last Poster Avatar On Index MyBB" & you will find many plugins.

I suggest you to use OUGC Show Avatar plugin

Oops, didn't notice arrows. For that I recommend First/Last post avatar by Tomm.
