I found in any website there is upgrade.php for making a premium membership. But I dont know what did they use for plugin? Do you know what the plugin name is?

You can create a custom PHP page for that. I am pretty sure they don't use any plugin.

You can just create a .HTML page with your header & footer & in the body just put your BUY NOW button & Premium Membership features .

I think it's not easy for me, do you know what the plugin that can be used for premium membership?

Search the plugin section of MyBB , there is a VIP membership plugin
