Which theme is it your after? It might be a theme for free / paid download.
Well, you can't have the first one, unless Envira gives you permission, and I imagine the same applies to the second one.
You can't just go around stealing other people's themes...
Looks like the second one is a custom theme for that forum, unless you get permission you won't be able to use neither of them & I doubt any of both would give you permission to use it.
Best look for another theme or hire someone to design you something you like.
We're not going to help you copy a forum design. If it's not freely available, you're not allowed to freely use it.
