I just copied a forum that had been overrun by spam to another url. I deleted all threads and I and want to start over. However, I noticed that, when I post a thread, the thread id in the url is five digits. How can I force it to restart? Thanks!

Truncate your threads table in phpmyadmin. Truncating a table basically resets the table.
