why do it?
You need to deactivate and reactivate your plug-ins if they should work on the new theme aswell, although, they might not be compatible with your new theme(keep in mind this, you might have todo some changes yourself).
if, no it's ok, if i want have my mods, i no change my theme?

I read your last post a dozen times, I'm having a hard time understanding you. Did you try what CraKteR suggested, where you reactivated and reactive the plugins? What result did you get?
