i want to create a vip members group, how can i do so

Make new group, and give them ability to do something what other normal members can't.

thanks Jovan J. for speedy reply, problem is resolved, just 1 more thing how can I set color for VIP members

Edit that user group, and you will see option named "Username Style". Edit it how ever you want, for example here is on tutorial how you can do it
